License Agreement - Spider Solitaire

1. Grant of License

Spider Solitaire ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spider Solitaire ("the Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms herein.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
You may not sublicense or transfer your rights under this agreement to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Spider Solitaire. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Spider Solitaire may terminate this license at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Spider Solitaire BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
